Arcasolve™ Acidizing

Arcasolve™ is a unique acidizing process.  Instead of using a reactive acid incorporated into the treatment fluid, a non-acidic precursor is used.  This generates acid in the treatment fluid after the fluid has been placed downhole.  This ensures highly effective delivery of acid to the target zone(s) and excellent zonal coverage, especially in long horizontal and directional wells. 

This patented, class-leading clean-up and stimulation technology is used worldwide by independent, state and multinational operating companies in key upstream applications.

Arcasolve™ is highly effective, low hazard and environmentally friendly compared to conventional acidizing formulations.  It can maximize the production rate and asset value of oil and gas wells

Arcasolve™ is used in a number of acidizing applications particularly:

• The high efficiency removal of drilling fluid damage from long horizontal intervals. Arcasolve™ may be formulated to effectively remove both carbonate and polymer damage from the whole of the wellbore in a single stage treatment. 

Arcasolve™ is also effective in other situations where conventional acids will achieve only limited penetration, particularly: 

• The stimulation of natural fracture networks in carbonates and
• Deep matrix acidizing of carbonates.
