Applications for the Arcasolve Process

Primary applications for the Arcasolve acidizing process are:

• Treatment of formation damage, including drilling fluid damage removal (filter cake removal)
• Deep Matrix acidizing of carbonates
• Stimulation of natural fracture networks in carbonate formations
• Acidizing of poorly consolidated formations

Damage removal applications have the greatest potential for achieving significant production gains or allowing a well to produce at its maximum potential.  Increases in production of several fold have been achieved with Arcasolve treatments, often in situations where conventional acids such as HCl have already been used but have not been effective.
