Ralph has a background in applied microbiology and biochemistry. 5 years of academic research working on industry-funded projects has been followed by over 20

years in industry devising new technology and project managing its development.

Ian also has a background in applied microbiology and biochemistry. He has over 25 years industrial experience in the development and commercialisation of new products and processes.

Between them, Ralph and Ian have extensive experience in areas as diverse as fine chemical production, biotransformation, waste treatment, materials and food and beverage applications. For the last 15 years or so, they have concentrated primarily on "biotech" based treatment processes for the upstream oil and gas industry, with an emphasis on developing efficient processes that are also low hazard and environmentally acceptable.

Jean-Louis has over 30 years upstream field experience in the Middle East, North & West Africa and Europe working for major operators and service companies on well stimulation and production optimisation. With the establishment of Wilmart Consulting he has continued working in these areas including close collaboration with Cleansorb on several past and current projects.

Tony has over 30 years experience in developing and exploiting new technology including international licensing. He advises Cleansorb in the areas of product development, I.P. and commercialisation including licensing.
