Cleansorb supplies scale dissolver formulations for the gross dissolution of carbonate scales in tubulars and the near wellbore region. These formulations are low corrosivity compared to hydrochloric acid and are environmentally acceptable.
The Cleansorb product CS-SD-1 is effective for most carbonate scales including those that contain hydrocarbon residues. Potential customers are invited to send details of the composition of problem scales or a sample of your scale to Cleansorb (a few grams is enough) with an indication of the temperature at which scale dissolution is needed. Cleansorb can then determine if it has a formulation that is effective at dissolving the scale and if required can also supply a sample of scale dissolver for customers to evaluate.
