Cleansorb’s premium cleanup and stimulation treatments show 50% production boost

Cleansorb’s premium ORCA cleanup and DEEPA stimulation treatments are shaking up the world of well treatments. Boasting improved hydrocarbon production by as much as 50%, and delivering significant cuts in operational costs and risk, the benefits of ORCA and DEEPA are impressive. “We are seeing stunning proof of the power of Cleansorb’s innovative reservoir technologies,” say Dr Ian McKay and Dr Ralph Harris, Cleansorb’s founders. “We are breaking new ground in well treatments.”

Patented in-situ acid generation technologies from Cleansorb are radically different from traditional treatment methods such as HCI. They achieve uniform radial and longitudinal distribution of cleanup and stimulation fluids. So ORCA and DEEPA get to work in a controlled way, and operators reap the benefits of the uniform effect.

ORCA eats your cake

ORCA treatments are expert at removing WBM and OBM filter cake damage. Operators using ORCA report well productivity from toe to heel up by 50% in some cases, with very low skin. Costs are down too, and risks to formation, environment and completion equipment are much reduced.

DEEPA acidizes with accuracy

DEEPA uniformly acidizes the rock matrix around the wellbore to stimulate increased production and improved injectivity. It achieves production rates that exceed operators’ expectations and beat the performance of HCI treatments. DEEPA also removes the risk of increased water cut, and avoids sludges and emulsions sometimes experienced with HCI treatments.

Proven and supported

ORCA and DEEPA are field proven in all types of reservoir. The treatments are simple to mix and pump, and effective in all common workover and completion brines. The chemicals are laboratory validated and non-hazardous.

Cleansorb supports ORCA and DEEPA with expert chemists and on-site engineers, and logistics and inventory back up.
